SUPPORT FOR YOUR NOMINATION

The organisers understand that many contact centres may need more time to prepare their nominations at the moment, so they’re providing a lengthy application window – open until 31 July.

They have published changes to their website, and made the Nomination Forms and Toolkit available.  The toolkit contains valuable information and advice on entering the awards, including the judging process and handy hints and tips on filling out a winning nomination.

A webinar will be taking place during June which is an excellent chance to hear directly from the judges.  Subscribe to their mailing list via the homepage for updates.

Nominations open TODAY (Monday 18th May) and will close 31 July.
